Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects on our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, such as:

If you encounter any issues with your LoopStery items that are covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, stretching, or fabric deterioration due to prolonged use)

  • Improper care or washing (such as machine washing items that require hand-washing or using harsh detergents)

  • Accidental damage (such as rips or stains from external sources)

How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your product is defective and falls under our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at loopstery@outlook.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim”. Please provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name and description

    • A clear photo of the issue (showing the defect)

    • A brief description of the problem

  2. Review:
    Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return and Resolution:
    Once the defective item is returned, we will either repair or replace it, or if neither is possible, we will issue a full refund.

Exclusions

Please note the following exclusions to our warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper care, including washing or drying instructions not followed.

  • Products purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized sellers.
